Terms of Service
Welcome to Noctorio. By using the service you agree to these terms. This is a plain-English draft that will be finalised before public launch.
What Noctorio does
Noctorio recommends films and TV that are available on the streaming services you tell us you have, in your country, and links you to a page where you can find them. We don't host or stream any content ourselves.
Availability isn't a guarantee
Streaming availability comes from third-party data (TMDB, sourced from JustWatch) and changes as licensing shifts. We do our best, but we can't guarantee a title is on a given service at the moment you look. Always confirm on the streaming service itself.
Your account
- You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- Don't abuse the service — no automated scraping, no attempts to overload or disrupt it, no unlawful use.
- Usage limits may apply (for example, a daily cap on free recommendations).
The AI recommendation
Noctorio uses AI to choose a pick and write its reason. It's a suggestion for your entertainment — use your own judgement about what to watch.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; we'll flag material changes. You can stop using Noctorio and delete your account at any time.
No warranty; liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. (Add jurisdiction, governing law, and liability limits with your legal review before launch.)
